This service is using our ACT live operators who are available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
On activation our operator will talk and listen to the premises through intercom speaker (if applicable to panel) and request a password. Or contact the premises and contact if no intercom is available. Once the correct password is received and the scenario verified no further action will be taken.
If no password is received then our operator can log onto your camera images that have been sent on activation (if applicable to system). This preserves your privacy should you or your family be at home.
Our operator can then contact the correct emergency service for the relevant event.
Your system can be configured to send up-to 40 different event alerts of potential problems, including Intruder, Smoke, Carbon Monoxide, Water Leak, Low Temperature warning and medical alerts.
Following an intruder activation if nothing can be seen or heard then our operator will telephone up to three contact numbers / Keyholders nominated by you requesting them to check your property.
This service uses PSTN, GSM or Broadband for communication (no 2 way speech talk back via Broadband). This services can be applied to none Visonic systems providing the panel used can communicate in the correct format to us (contact us for further information).
